Electrical contractor for builders in Carlsbad

Builders need an electrical contractor in Carlsbad who turns up for rough-in on schedule, passes inspection the first time and comes back promptly for trim. We coordinate with framers, plumbers and HVAC so nobody is waiting on us.

Custom home wiring

A custom home is the time to plan for what's coming: a 200 amp or larger service, EV charger and solar-ready conduit, generator provisions, structured wiring, lighting control and outlets exactly where you'll use them. Adding these during construction costs a fraction of retrofitting them later.

Additions, casitas and commercial shells

We wire additions and guest casitas, including the feeder from the main house, and commercial shells ready for tenant improvements.

What to settle before electrical rough-in

New Construction Electrician FAQ for Carlsbad

When should the electrician get involved?

As early as possible, ideally at the plan stage, so service size, panel location and special circuits are settled before framing.

Do you work with owner-builders?

Yes. We'll walk you through the stages and what needs to be decided at each one.

Can you wire to energy-efficient or all-electric designs?

Yes. All-electric homes need a larger service and careful load planning, and we size for that.

Do you handle rural builds around Carlsbad?

Yes, including long service runs, meter pedestals and well power.

What customers say

They did the electrical for our restaurant build-out and worked nights so we could keep the other side open. Showed up when they said they would, every time.
Carlos V. Commercial

They checked the panel first, explained the options and installed our Level 2 charger in the garage in an afternoon. Price was exactly what they quoted.
Tanya L. EV charger

Called for a quote on a few small jobs and they gave me a straight price over the phone. Did all of it in one visit.
